Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of GrowGreat Meta Analytics (“App”, “Service”), operated by GrowGreat, at meta.growgreatserver.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App uses Meta Platforms, Inc. APIs and products. Your use is also subject to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. GrowGreat is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

• Connect Pages via Facebook Login;
• Retrieve and display Instant Form / Lead Ads submissions;
• Review organic post engagement metrics;
• Sync data to internal systems for marketing analytics and reports.

The Service is provided “as is” and may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

• You must be at least 18 years old;
• You must administer or be authorized to manage the connected Page;
• You must keep Meta credentials secure;
• You must provide accurate information when requesting support or deletion.

• Authorized commercial management and analytics for the connected Page;
• Processing leads from Lead Ads for Pages you administer;
• Internal marketing performance reporting;
• Purposes consistent with granted permissions and the Privacy Policy.

• Violating Meta Platform Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights;
• Reselling or transferring Meta Platform Data to unauthorized parties;
• Using data for discrimination, surveillance, credit scoring, or unrelated advertising;
• Accessing Pages or user data without authorization;
• Reverse engineering, overloading, or interfering with the Service or Meta systems.

Processing of personal data and Meta Platform Data is governed by our Privacy Policy, including how to request deletion.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Integrations with Meta depend on third-party APIs outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowGreat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
