Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how GrowGreat (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes data in the GrowGreat Meta Analytics application available at meta.growgreatserver.com.

The app integrates with the Meta (Facebook) Platform after explicit user authorization. By using the service, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service. This policy does not replace Meta’s Platform Terms.

The service is intended for Facebook Page administrators (or people they authorize) who voluntarily connect their Pages for analytics, lead management, and marketing reports. It is not intended for users under 18.

After Facebook Login and permission grants, we may process the following Platform Data:

• Page account data: Page IDs, name, profile photo, category, and basic metadata (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement).
• Content and organic engagement: posts (text, photos, videos), publish dates, and aggregated engagement metrics such as likes, comments, and shares (pages_read_engagement).
• Instant Form / Lead Ads data: lead submissions including name, email, phone, and custom form fields (leads_retrieval).
• Integration metadata: Page access tokens, form IDs, and webhook-related metadata when applicable (pages_manage_metadata).

We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use it for discrimination, surveillance, credit eligibility, or purposes unrelated to authorized Page management.

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, access and error logs needed for security and operations.
• Session data: OAuth access token stored temporarily in an httpOnly cookie while the session is active.
• Contact data: email provided when requesting support or data deletion.

• Authenticate administrators and list authorized Pages;
• Retrieve and display Instant Form leads in the dashboard;
• Sync leads and metrics to an internal database for history and reports;
• Display organic post engagement to support content and paid media strategy;
• Comply with legal obligations and keep the service secure.

We may share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, automation) under contract as needed to operate;
• Meta Platforms, Inc., when you interact with Meta products;
• Authorities when required by valid law or court order.

We do not share Meta Platform Data with data brokers or for third-party advertising.

Session tokens expire within 8 hours or when you log out. Persisted analytics data is kept while needed for authorized Page reporting or legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.

Under Meta Platform Terms, we delete Platform Data when a user requests it, unless applicable law requires retention.

Any user with access to the app may request deletion of data associated with their account or connected Page:

1. Email pedro.neder@growgreat.com.br with subject “Data deletion — GrowGreat Meta”;
2. Include the Facebook Page name, Meta account email used at login, and Page ID if available;
3. We respond within 30 days confirming deletion from our systems, except where law requires retention.
